What materials do you use?

At Larnell Alan®, we use only premium, full-grain leathers and high-quality materials, ensuring durability, comfort, and luxury. Options range from classic calfskin and suede to exotic leathers for those who want a statement piece.

How long does it take to receive my custom order?

Every piece is handcrafted with precision, which takes time. The standard production time is 4-5 weeks, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. If you need a rush order, contact us, and we’ll see if we can accommodate.

Can I request a custom design outside of your standard offerings?

Absolutely. If you have a unique design in mind, we can collaborate to create a fully bespoke piece. Contact us to discuss your vision, and we’ll bring it to life with expert craftsmanship.

Can I customize every part of my order?

Yes! You have control over nearly every element, including leather type, color, stitching, hardware, soles, and embossing. If you have a specific vision, let us know—we’re here to bring it to life.

How do I make sure my custom shoes fit perfectly?

Our shoes are crafted in standard sizes, but if you’re unsure about your fit, you can use our FeetSizr App to scan your feet with your phone and find the perfect size for you.

What is your return policy on custom items?

Because every piece is handcrafted to your specifications, we do not accept returns on custom orders. However, we stand by our craftsmanship—if there’s an issue with quality or fit, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments.

Do you offer gift cards for custom orders?

No. Not at this time. However, stay connected with the brand and we will let you know once we do.

How do I care for my custom shoes and leather goods?

Proper care ensures longevity. Use a quality leather conditioner and soft cloth to maintain the finish. Store in a dust bag and keep away from excessive moisture. For shoes, use cedar shoe trees to maintain shape and absorb moisture.
